Andrea K. Wiley Powell, 76, of Richmond, Virginia, gained her heavenly wings on Thursday, November 29, 2025.

Andrea was born on December 6, 1948, to Archie and Ruth Wiley in Madison, NC. Andrea was a trailblazing Licensed Clinical Social Worker and mental health counselor in Virginia for more than 50 years.

Originally, there was a second memorial service to be held on January, 24, 2025 at 12:30pm at Allen & Associates Mortuary/Cremation. This service has been rescheduled due to inclement weather.
