Obituary
Mrs. Bertha Joyner Echols, of 4202 Lord Jeff Drive, Greensboro died on April 30, 2012.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 6, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. at Solid Rock Baptist Church, 2910 McConnell Road, interment will follow in Piedmont Memorial Park. The visitation will begin at 3 p.m. A native of Edgecombe Co., she was a former educator, and an active member of Solid Rock Baptist Church, until her health failed.
She is survived by her daughter, Theresa E. Railey, two grandsons; Felton and Emil Hanner. Two great-grandchildren. One brother, James Davis, of Virginia. Also, special care-giver, Mrs. Barbara Shamburger.
The family is being served by Allen and Associates Mortuary, Inc.
