Joel Jermaine Crosby, Jr. was born on March 11, 2010. He met the eyes of Jesus peacefully, on November 11, 2010 at Chapel Hill Bap tist Hospital at the age of 8 months, while being comforted by his mother.

His short life was a brief gift to us. Joel touched so many lives his little time here on earth, that he lives on in our hearts and we know now that he sleeps in the arms of our heavenly father.

Joel was loved and will be missed by his mother Zrita Stimpson of the home and Joel Crosby, Sr. He is survived by nine siblings Darian Stimpson, Jamar Stimpson, Marque Stimpson, Paris Surgeon, Tajae Stimpson, Kaylan Stimpson, Zakira Parker, Latavia Parker, and Justin Crosby all of the home. Great grandparents James McCray and Pauline McCray of Greensboro, NC; Grandmothers Cheryl Amed and Kaye Daye of Greensboro, NC; Grandfather Grady Stimpson of Greensboro, NC; Great Uncle Lionel McCray (Josephine) of Greensboro, NC; Aunt LaTonya Stimpson of Greensboro, NC; Uncles Matthew McCray (Tonya) of Brunswick, NC and Grady "GM" Stimpson of Manson, NC and a host of other relatives.
