Mr. Richard Owen Wilson, passed away on June 26, 2020. A private memorial service will be held by the family at a later date. Mr. Wilson was born to the late James L. Wilson and Margaret L. Wilson. Born in Pender County NC he joined Newkirk Baptist Church at an early age and graduated Penderlea High School. He is survived by two children Richard O. Wilson II (Symphonie) and Stephaine Wilson. Grandchildren are: Tristan E. Wilson, Jordyn M. Wilson, Chelsea Grant, Preston Grant and Scout. Sister Margaret Hannerfield and Easter Jones of Wilmington NC, Mary Bracy of New York, Edna (Albert) Shakir of Riverdale, GA. an aunt Mayfield Walkins of Washington DC. and a host of nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his brother Raford,  Joseph, Horace and Melvin Wilson and sister Arlene Walker. Thank you for every prayer and accept Jesus as your savior.
