Sandra Woodley Glover, 73, was born on July 22, 1952 in Americus, GA. She was the first of three children born to Samuel and Eva Mae Bryant Woodley. Sandra’s transition to eternal rest occurred on May 6, 2026 in Greensboro, NC.

In her early life, Sand traveled extensively as her father served in the US Army. She graduated from Central High School (Newark, NJ) in 1970 and attended Keane University (Union, NJ) and Deza Junior College (Cupertino, CA). Sandra modeled in the 1970s but her primary career was as a Flight Attendant for United Airlines. Sandra was a soft spoken woman who lived and enjoyed life on her terms. She enjoyed fine dining, the outdoors, & music; her favorite group was Diana Ross & The Supremes. Sandra grew to like southern cuisine and BBQ ribs was her favorite entrée.

In August of 1969, Sandra became a mother to Jeron and to Richard in November of 1982. She loved her sons dearly and was very proud of their accomplishments.

Sandra was predeceased by her parents and only brother, Abdullah “Stoney” Woodley. She is survived by her life partner, Howard Hill, sons Jeron (Glenda) Glover and Richard (Vivian) Glover II; sister, Alease Woodley; nieces, Alexis Woodley, Ava Woodley-Hargrove and Kawan Moorman; nephews, Anthony Woodley and ????; grandchildren, Jalea, Jeron, Jeremiah, Ryan and Richard Glover III and Jaelyn (Glover) Perry; great-nieces, Amira, Kamauri, & Harmony Woodley and great nephew, Kaiden Woodley as well as other family and many friends.
