Ms. Yvette Michelle Edwards, of 1919 Drexel Avenue, died on February 19, 2011 at Moses H. Cone Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 25, 2011 at 2:00pm at New Jerusalem Cathedral, 1822 Sharpe Road . Interment will follow in White Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

A native of Washington, DC, she was a Certified Nursing Assistant , having being employed by Oak Hill Nursing Facility. She is survived by two sons; Joel R. King, of Greensboro, and Jeffery Tyler Coleman, of Goldsboro. Her parents; Carol and Michael Edwards. Two sisters; Marion Williamson (Norris), and Andrea Edwards (Brock), of Greensboro.

The visitation will be from 1:00 until 2:00pm at the church, at other times, on 203 Old Treybrooke Road.
